Lawn Mowing

A lawn mowed at the right height and on a steady rhythm is thicker, greener and better at crowding out weeds. Scalping, dull blades and skipped weeks do the opposite, and they show.

We mow lawns across Nashville and Middle Tennessee with commercial equipment, sharp blades and a height set for your grass type. Each visit includes trimming around obstacles, edging walks and drives and blowing clippings off hard surfaces, so the yard looks finished when we leave.

FAQ

Common questions about lawn mowing

How often should my lawn be mowed?

Weekly in the growing season for most lawns, and every other week in slower periods.

What height should you cut fescue?

Tall fescue does best around three to four inches. Bermuda and zoysia are cut shorter.

Do you bag the clippings?

Usually we mulch them back, which feeds the lawn, and bag when the grass is long or wet.
